Project Description:
Construction operations for the Sadaf Residential Complex, consisting of 4 blocks over 13 floors, built on a land area of 3,640 square meters.
The total built-up area of the 4 blocks is approximately 24,000 square meters, comprising 2 basement levels (−1 and −2), a ground floor, and 10 upper floors, with a total of 108 residential units.
Some technical specifications of the project include:
• Total steel structure weight: 2,200 tons
• Shear walls were used on levels −2 and −1 to reduce the overall structural weight.
This project was delivered in 2004 (1383 Hijri-Shamsi)
