Execution of construction operations for Sadr Residential Complex in 4 blocks and 13 floors covering 3640 m2 including design and execution.
The total area of all 4 blocks is around 22000 m2 including 2 basement floors (-2 & -1), ground floor and 10 floors above ground level consisting of 108 residential units. The weight of the metal structure was 2100 tons and the execution time proceeded exactly according to the timing schedule in 21 months. To reduce the structure’s weight we used shear walls on the -2 and -1 floors.
