Project Description:
Execution of construction works for the Sarv Residential Towers Complex, consisting of 288 residential units within three 16-story buildings, including:
• 2 basement levels (parking)
• 1 ground floor (lobby)
• 13 residential floors
Total built-up area: 60,000 square meters
The scope of work included:
• Structural and rough construction for Blocks A & C with a total area of 40,000 m²
• Block B with an area of 20,000 m²
• The total weight of the concrete structure exceeded 7,000 tons
Project Completion:
This project was completed and delivered in 2007 (Iranian calendar year 1386).
