Complete execution of construction operations for blocks 604, 605 and 606 located in phase 6 of the Bu-Ali Residential Complex in Sa’adatabad, Tehran, covering 19000 m2 and 130 apartment units.
Including reinforcement and joinery, mechanical and electrical facilities and landscaping an area of 5220 m2 in 11-floor and 13-floor blocks.
Boiler room facilities system consisting of 350 kVA generator, two 150-ton absorption chillers and units equipped with ceiling fan coils, fire alarm system and security doors.
