Project Description:
Full execution of all construction works for Blocks 604, 605, and 606 located in Phase 6 of the Bouali Residential Town in Saadat Abad, Tehran.
The project includes a total built-up area of 19,000 square meters and comprises 130 residential units.
The scope covers structural and architectural works (rough and finish), mechanical and electrical installations, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area covering approximately 5,220 square meters.
The buildings consist of 11 and 13 floors.
Key Technical Specifications:
• Central mechanical plant with a 350 KVA generator
• Two absorption chillers, each with a capacity of 150 tons
• Ceiling-mounted fan coil units in each apartment
• Addressable fire alarm system
• Security steel doors for residential units
• Other modern utility systems
This project has been completed and delivered.
