Construction of 1,000 Mehr Housing Units

Location: New Hashtgerd City – Km 65, Tehran–Qazvin Highway
Scope of Work:
Complete execution of all construction works for the 1,000-unit Mehr Housing Project, including site development, design, preparation, and architectural construction of housing units with a total built-up area of 52,000 square meters, on a land area of 5.5 hectares.
Project quantities include:
• 45,000 m³ of concrete
• 400 tons of rebar
• 6,000 tons of steel structure
• 65,000 m² of 3D wall panels
The project utilized bolted steel structures, lightweight roofing systems, and industrialized housing construction technology.
Additionally:
Complete construction of the 2,000-unit Mehr Housing Project, including full site development, design, preparation, and architectural works with a total built-up area of 200,000 square meters on 40 hectares of land.
Project quantities include:
• 10,000 tons of rebar
• 5,000 tons of steel structure
This phase also used bolted steel structures, lightweight roofs, and industrial construction methods.
This project was delivered in 2015.
