Execution of 3000 Mehr Housing

Complete execution of construction operations for 1000 Mehr Housing units including landscaping, design, launching and the architecture of the units covering 52,000 m2 in a total area of 5.5 hectares.

In this project 45,000 m3 of concrete was used, the metal structure’s volume was 6000 tons and the 3D wall panels were 65000 m2. Also in the metal structure nuts and bolts, light roofing and the industrial method of housing construction technology were used.

Complete execution of construction operations for 2000 Mehr Housing units including landscaping, design, launching and the architecture of the units covering 202,000 m2 in a total area of 40 hectares.

In this project, 10,000 tons of reinforcing bar was used and the metal structure’s volume was 5000 tons. Also in the metal structure nuts and bolts, light roofing and the industrial method of housing construction technology were used.

The Pamchal Mehr Housing project consists of 220 blocks of 3 units (total of 666 units) with beautiful architecture and design in the Shahr Jadid Hashtgerd. It included design, preparation, architecture, launching and construction operations of residential units.

This project was carried out in the tunnel form.
