Construction of Laleh-Sadr Residential Towers Complex

Complete execution of all construction and installation works for the 17-story Laleh-Sadr Residential Complex located in North Dibaji, Tehran.
This project includes the procurement of materials and execution of structural works, mechanical and electrical installations, consisting of:
• 11 residential floors with 44 housing units
• 1 lobby floor
• 5 parking levels
• Total built-up area: approximately 16,000 square meters
The central utility room is equipped with:
• Two 200-ton air-cooled chillers
• Three condensing hot water boilers
• One 300 KVA diesel generator
The MEP systems also include:
• BMS (Building Management System)
• Fire alarm system
• CCTV surveillance system
Waterproofing under the foundation and all surrounding walls up to the ground floor level was carried out using geomembrane. Flooring stone used includes Cappuccino and Emperador marble.
This project was delivered in 2019.
