Complete execution of construction and facility operations for the 17 floor Laleh Sadr Towers located in North Dibaji Street, Tehran.
This project included preparing material and executing all construction operations and mechanical and electrical facilities which consisted of 11 residential floors with 44 units, 1 floor for the lobby and 5 floors for parking, covering 16000 m’ approximately.
Also the boiler room consists of two 200-ton cold air chillers, three warm water condensation boilers and one 300 kVA diesel generator. The facilities included a BMS system, fire alarm system and CCTV system. There is a geo-membrane type insulation under the foundation and all perimeter walls up to the ground floor. The floor is composed of cappuccino and emperado ceramics.
