Project Description: Complete construction execution of Orchid Blocks 10 and 11, part of the Betaja Residential Complex, with a total built-up area of 85,000 square meters.
Some Technical Specifications of the Project: The scope includes structural and architectural works, electrical installations including an intelligent BMS system, CCTV surveillance, and an addressable fire alarm system. Mechanical installations include a central utility room equipped with three steel boilers each with a capacity of 2,000,000 KCAL/H, water supply booster pumps in four zones, fire fighting booster pumps, inline and base-mounted pumps, coil-equipped tanks, water storage tanks, fuel storage tanks, as well as ducted split air conditioning systems for heating and cooling, and a fire suppression system. The project also involved landscaping of the surrounding area and the construction of a helipad.
The two blocks each consist of 31 floors and 456 residential units.
This project was completed and delivered in 2021 (1400 in the Iranian calendar).
