Complete execution of all construction operations for administrative buildings, guesthouse, military unit, boiler house, drainage station, and landscaping with a total built-up area of approximately 11,000 square meters.
The project includes landscaping and green space development over 6,000 square meters, and buildings such as administrative offices, guesthouse, military unit, boiler house, and drainage station covering 5,000 square meters.
Due to the strategic importance of the Sarakhs–Bandar Abbas corridor, the project was carried out with full adherence to the schedule, physical progress, and quality, receiving special approval from the client.
This project was delivered in 2006.
