    Complete execution of all construction activities for the Abshar Commercial-Administrative Complex with a total built-up area of 5,000 square meters, consisting of:
    • 1 basement parking level equipped with a car lift elevator
    • 2 commercial floors including 41 retail units
    • 3 administrative floors including 18 office apartments
    The flooring and wall cladding are a combination of granite and Dehbid marble, all windows are double-glazed, and all units are equipped with fire alarm systems, electronic burglar alarms, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, two escalators have been installed in the commercial section.
     
    This project was delivered in 2004.
