    Complete execution of all construction works for the administrative building of Shiraz Petrochemical Company, including the full implementation of slab structures, architectural works, and all electrical and mechanical installations.
    The total built-up area is approximately 18,000 square meters across 12 floors.
    The central utility room includes:
    • Two 150-ton absorption chillers
    • Two boilers with a capacity of 450,000 Kcal/hr
    • One 500 kVA generator
    • Twelve air handling units (AHUs) with 12,000 CFM capacity
