Complete execution of all construction operations for the Tabriz West Judicial Complex including (building works, electrical and mechanical installations), landscaping, fencing, commissioning, and delivery of the entire project with a total built-up area of 20,200 square meters.

The project includes:

• 11,887 m² main building

• 1,936 m² parking and sanitary facilities

• Guardhouse and entrance gate

• 6,458 m² landscaping and fencing works

Building systems include network infrastructure, fire alarm system, central telephone system, CCTV surveillance system, and a central utility room equipped with an absorption chiller, fan coils, and more.

This project was delivered in 2013.
