Project Description:
Complete execution of all construction works for the Nasim Neighborhood Center with a built-up area of 2,500 square meters.
The structure consists of a steel frame made of plate girders with a moment-resisting frame system. The roof is constructed using steel decking (Metal Deck). Exterior walls are made with 15 cm thick 3D panels. The heating and cooling system includes a chiller and a central boiler room. The facade features travertine stone and composite panels.

 

Project Completion:
This project was completed and delivered in 2015 (Iranian calendar year 1394).
