    Project Description:
    Complete execution of all construction works for the Shaheed Baqeri Neighborhood Center with an approximate built-up area of 3,500 square meters.
    The structure consists of a prestressed concrete frame, with prestressed concrete slab ceilings. The heating and cooling system includes an absorption chiller and a central boiler room. The facade features composite panels and frameless glass.

     

    Project Completion:
    This project was completed and delivered in 2015 (Iranian calendar year 1394).
