Project Description:
Construction works including building structures, full mechanical and electrical installations for the main building and ancillary buildings, landscaping, and access roads on a land area of 200,000 square meters.
The project also includes a training field, tartan track, parking lots for buses, cars, and motorcycles.
Key Technical Specifications:
• Foundations and steel structures of the buildings
• Installation of cable trays and conduits for service buildings
• HVAC systems, grounding systems, intelligent BMS (Building Management System), CCTV system, and addressable fire detection and suppression system
• Mechanical installations include turbo compressors and all auxiliary equipment such as air filters, gas coolers, air coolers, and air compressors
• Main structural system is concrete
• Approximate earthworks: 450,000 cubic meters of excavation and 340,000 cubic meters of embankment
• Complete masonry works, mechanical installations in the compound, and administrative sections including ventilation and addressable fire alarm and suppression systems
• Electrical installations including intelligent BMS, CCTV system, and installation of stadium lighting towers
• Landscaping, training field turf, tartan track, and spectator seating are also part of the project scope
