    Project Description: Full execution of all construction activities for the Pasargad Residential Complex, including structural framework, architectural finishing, electrical and mechanical installations, landscaping, fencing, and final commissioning of the project.

    The project is located on a plot of approximately 6,000 square meters.
    The main building is a concrete-frame structure with a total built-up area of 42,000 square meters, consisting of 26 floors:
    • - 4 basement levels
    • - 1 ground floor
    • - 21 residential floors
    • - Totalling 204 residential units

    Building Systems and Equipment: The project is equipped with network infrastructure, fire alarm system, central telephone system, CCTV surveillance system, and a central utility plant including an absorption chiller, fan coil units, and other mechanical components. This project was completed and delivered in 2021 (corresponding to the year 1400 in the Iranian calendar).
