Project Description:
The Pamchal Mehr Housing villa project comprises 220 blocks, each containing 3 units over 3 floors, totaling 666 residential units with a total built-up area of 88,000 square meters in Hashtgerd New Town.
The project scope included road preparation, full construction of residential units using tunnel formwork, as well as courtyard and landscaping works.
The project was officially inaugurated and handed over to applicants by the Minister of Roads and Urban Development in March 2023 (Esfand 1401).  

Project Completion:
This project was completed and delivered in 2023 (Iranian calendar year 1401).
