Project Description:
Construction of service and security buildings located at Imam Khomeini International Airport as follows:
• Free Zone Administrative Building: 1,500 m²
• Flight Protection Administrative Building: 8,000 m²
• Free Zone Warehouse Hall: 6,000 m²
• Fire Station Building: 5,500 m²
• Supply, transport, and installation of CCTV cameras for the project contractor and Airport City Company
Key Technical Specifications:
The Flight Security Building mechanical installations include a central mechanical plant consisting of:
• Two chillers with a total capacity of 76.5 tons of refrigeration
• One air handling unit with a capacity of 1000 cm
• Two cast iron boilers with a capacity of 25,000 kcal/h each
• Coil tanks, water storage tanks, and booster pumps for water supply, among others
Additional features include:
• Elevators by Schindler and KONE brands
• Equipment rooms for security checks and neutralization with vault doors and moisture-resistant concrete walls
• Sports hall with related equipment
• Industrial kitchen
