    Location: 20 km northeast of Tehran Province, opposite the new city of Pardis

     

    Project Description:
    Implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for the service building complex (Block E) within Pardis Technology Park.

     

    Key Technical Specifications:
    The project consists of five sections:
    • E1: Hotel
    • E2: Recreational facilities including swimming pool, restaurant, fast food, gym, etc.
    • E3: Fountain area
    • E4: Commercial section
    • E5: Mosque
    Mechanical and electrical installations include:
    • Four 150-ton chillers
    • Intelligent Building Management System (BMS)
    • CCTV surveillance system
    • Addressable fire alarm system and fire suppression system
    • Facilities such as an industrial kitchen and an amphitheater

     

    Project Completion:

    This project was completed and delivered in 2018 (Iranian calendar year 1397).
