Project Description:
Construction of the ICT complex for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Ardabil Province, with a total built-up area of approximately 6,500 square meters.
The building consists of a steel frame structure with fire-resistant cladding and a façade combining brick and stone, spanning 9 floors:
• 6 administrative floors above ground level
• 3 basement parking levels
Key Technical Specifications:
• Mechanical installations include one 55-ton chiller, one emergency generator rated at 285/78 kVA, one 50-ton air handling unit (AHU), and two rooftop packaged units with cooling capacities of 18 and 15 tons, respectively.
• Due to deep excavation and high groundwater levels caused by proximity to a river, specialized retaining structures (nailing system), drainage, geomembrane waterproofing, and waterproof concrete were employed for basement water tightness.
