    Project Description:

    Construction of four residential blocks intended for housing members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, comprising 400 residential units with a total built-up area of 11,000 square meters.
    The project also includes landscaping over an area of 5,000 square meters, involving excavation, site development, construction of utility infrastructure such as a power substation, pumping systems, and outdoor lighting installations.

     

    Key Technical Specifications:

    • The structural system is reinforced concrete with special moment-resisting frame design.
    • External walls are constructed using LECA blocks, with portions utilizing 3D panel systems.
    • The project features centralized CCTV surveillance, a central TV antenna system, and an addressable fire detection and suppression system.
    • Cooling is provided via split air-conditioning units, while heating is supplied through individual packages and radiators.
    • Each block is equipped with both passenger and freight elevators.
    • The façade is designed as a combination of glass, exposed concrete (washed cement finish), and fire-resistant facing bricks.
