Construction of 220-Bed Hospital in Sarab

Project Description:
Complete execution of all construction and installation works for the 235-bed Sarab hospital, including rough and finish works of the main buildings, all auxiliary buildings, mechanical and electrical installations of the hospital and boiler house, landscaping, and fencing, with a total built-up area of 20,000 m².
The main building consists of 4 floors, auxiliary buildings cover 1,700 m², and landscaping covers about 19,000 m².
Some technical specifications:
• The boiler house includes two 250-ton absorption chillers, two steam boilers (14,552 lb/hr), and two 800 KVA generators.
• The project is equipped with a smart BMS system, CCTV system, addressable fire alarm system, and fire extinguishing system.
This project was delivered in 2017 (1396).
