Construction of 400-Bed Hospital in Rasht

Project Description:
Complete execution of all construction and installation works for the 400-bed educational hospital in Rasht with a total floor area of approximately 42,700 m², including rough and finish works, mechanical and electrical installations for the main building, development plan building, and auxiliary buildings. The main building has a floor area of 30,000 m² over 9 floors with concrete skeleton, rough and finish works, and mechanical and electrical installations. The development plan building covers about 10,400 m² in 4 floors, and auxiliary buildings cover about 2,300 m² on 1 floor and are under construction.
Some technical specifications:
• All interior walls are moisture-resistant gypsum board.
• Building installations include three 500-ton air-cooled compression chillers, three steam boilers (13,200 lb/hr), and three 700 KVA generators.
• The project is equipped with a smart BMS system, CCTV system, addressable fire alarm system, fire extinguishing system, and industrial kitchen and amphitheater sections.
